Note cards

TGIF Friends! I usually post some Family Time fun on Fridays, however, my hard drive bit the dust last night...luckily we have been prepared and backed up all of our photos and files...that doesn't really help me today though. I will catch you up when I'm fully up and running again!!!

I've said it before, I'm awful with sending out cards! I hoard them and even when I do get them in the mail, they are usually late. I AM trying! I like the idea of having note cards on hand, if I stock up, maybe I'll actually be able to grab one and go!!! Thank you card seem to be the most needed, so I'm working on building my stock.

This card was inspired by the FTL125 sketch. I started with my card base (3 1/2 x 5) and used some scraps of my Springtime Vintage dsp. Next, I added sticky strip and crinkled up some crochet lace. I punched a hole on the left side and finished off my ribbon treatment with an antique brad. The last thing I needed to do was add my Thank You sentiment, which was stamped in Crumb Cake ink and punched out with the Modern Label Punch. I felt the label was a bit to large so I trimmed it down a bit to fit my sentiment better!!

I'll have more note cards to share with you on Sunday. Hopefully I'll be back before then though!!!

Oh this is so pretty!! I love these garden papers, they are lovely! And that trim with the button is the perfect embellie to go with them! I am terrible with getting out cards...I even have your Christmas card IN THE ENVELOPE WITH STAMPS ON IT!! And somehow missed it when I mailed out my Christmas cards...so here it sits, till next Christmas, and then I will send it to you LMBO..I am sure you will recognize the card though when you see it!!
