Remember When...

Ah, I remember lazy days as a newlywed, watching movies & going out to dinner, sleeping in and reading the paper while I sipped coffee...those days are long gone, LOL!!!! My head is spinning, so much to do. It's a busy week at school with Valentine's Day and Conferences. I also volunteer in the Kindergarten class & there are 2 half days this week. Conner tells me this morning, "Oh Mommy, I want just one more thing for my birthday"...REALLY!
I'm sure I've mentioned before that I live in the middle of no where! Our local stores (within a half hour) were out of his gift of choice and Conner's birthday is on Thursday. So, tomorrow, I am going to have to fit in a trip to the mall (NJ or NY, both an hour each way) along with a teachers conference and Kindergarten centers...Mama Mia!
So today I am posting a card to remind me of those quiet days. Although they were fun, I wouldn't trade all of this craziness for the world!

Stamp: Word Play
Ink: Crumb Cake
Paper: Very Vanilla, Non-SU patterned paper
Accessories: Rosette, basic pearls, crochet lace, sponge daubers

This is SOOO pretty Mo! It caught my eye at ONCE In the reader! The lace ribbon is so delicate and soft, and the flower is the perfect touch!

Another completely stunning card Maureen! You should have a magazine all of your own to feature all these gorgeous creations! You could have Mo's CAS Mag!! Just beautiful!! Hope you find Connor's present!! Jeesh, I would hate to live an hour away from the will have to come here some time and we can drive the 3 minutes it takes to get to our mall:) You can see it from my bedroom window!!
