Get Well Wishes

Of all of the types of challenges out there, color challenges are by far the hardest for me.  I have really been pushing myself to try more of these.  To make the process easier on myself, I try to imagine how the colors can be used together, without having to come up with something really original.  Let me show you what I mean.

The CAS-ual Fridays challenge this week is a color challenge...lime, aqua & navy.

I start by looking at the colors and try to imagine how these colors can be logically used together...green leaves, blue sky...and that was my starting point for this card and the rest flowed from there.

How do you go about a color challenge, do you have a process or do you just wing it?

Congratulations on the recognition! Well deserved, your card is just beautiful. Thanks for explaining your process-I think color challenges are difficult because I feel the pressure to do something totally original. I will give your idea a try-I like a logical approach! :)
