Holiday Cheer

I'm not usually much of a fancy fold kind of girl, but one of the latest StampNation challenges was to make a holiday card using a fancy fold.   I decided on a gate fold and was very proud of myself for figuring it out without a tutorial.  I know it's not THAT difficult, but my brain just doesn't work that way :)

I've been having a blast with this patterned paper by My Minds Eye.  I love the colors and cute patterns.  I paired it with Pretty Patches: Tree by Wplus9.  Don't they look so sweet together?!

Are you a fancy fold kind of girl or are you more like me a stick to the regular A2 size?

Maureen, I love your gatefold card and it is now in my CASE folder of cards to try out. Those blues are the best.

Maureen, What a cute card and that stamp coordinates with the paper so perfectly! I know the paper is from My Mind's Eye, but can you remember what the name of the paper stack is/was? Someone tore out three different 12" x 12" sheets for me a couple of years ago and I just recently got them out and made some cards. I wanted to post what the name of the paper was on my blog but had no idea.

If you want to check out the cards I made (which pale in comparison to yours), here's the blog addy: poshpalacepaperie.blogspot.com
