Quilt Prints, Two Ways

It was love at first sight for me & Wplus9's Quilt Prints :)  I seriously love playing with background stamps and finding different looks and combinations.  I have two cards today using Quilt Prints.  One on the graphic/modern side and the other more Country inspired.

My first card was made for this weeks StampNation Challenge, Anything Goes.  I've layered the borders and filled them in with bright colors and black.  This has a graphic and modern feel to me.  I think this card would work well for a teen or trendy young adult or friend.

I think this second card is more my style.  I love the Country/Americana feel, that's how a quilt is "supposed" to look to me.  It works perfectly with the stars and the plaid pattern that I stamped on the smaller star using Country Charm.  This card was inspired by Mood Board Monday .

I'll be back to fill in my supplies later :)

Oh wow! These are just gorgeous! The bold colours on the white paper look amazing on the first card - and both are just so eye-catching!

These are simply gorgeous, Maureen! LOVE the pops of black with the bold, bright colors on the first; and pair a little kraft with red, white, and blue, and you've totally got a winner in my book! LOVE!
