Make A Wish
I can't believe that it is Friday already, believe me, I am happy, but this week has flown by!
I made this card last weekend at the StampNation retreat. I didn't pack many supplies this year. I PLANNED to mass produce monogrammed note cards for Teacher's Appreciation Day. However, once I got to the retreat, I wanted to create. Last year I brought too much, this year too little. Maybe next year I will find a happy medium :)
One of the fun things about the retreat is getting to play with products that you don't have at home. This stamp set by PTI has been on my wish list forever and I finally got my hands on it. I also used the Corner Chomper here, another product I've been wanting. I'm glad I got a chance to use it too, because I'm not very fond of it. I have small hands and it is just too big for me to use comfortably. If you've followed me for a while, you'll remember this post I did about my CM Corner Rounder, my first ever scrapbooking tool. I still favor that above all corner rounders :)
I made two more cards using this same color combo (one of the only colors I brought) and I did finally get down to business and completed one note card set. I'll be sharing those over the next few days!
One more thing, can you believe I didn't even bring my camera to the retreat?! ME? Well, luckily others did and I've seen a bunch of pictures floating around. This is one of my favorites, the SN DT selfie right before we opened the doors on the first day :)
Have a great weekend!
