This Proud Peacock Cutting Plate by Taylored Expressions is another treat I was lucky enough to play with at the StampNation retreat! I gasped when I saw it in Catherine's stash, snagged it and got to work with it! I love the subtle detail it adds here and when die cut and pieced with colored card stock, WOW.
