Non-Traditional Christmas Card

Christmas cards don't have to be red and green.  Try different color combos and just have fun with your supplies.

To make this card I started by adding Picked Raspberry and Dusty Concord Distress Inks to a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inch piece of white card stock.  Next, it was die cut using the Snowflakes Cover Up die and added to another 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inch piece of white card stock and die cut that using the Side-Stitched Rectangle dies.  (Does that make sense?).  I love doing this with the cover up dies, it just gives a different look!  The sentiment was white heat embossed and then die cut using the Stitched Mats:  Circles. I used the Chalkboard technique to add a little more fun to the design!

What do you think?  Pink and Purple for Christmas or are you more of a traditionalist?

Supplies
Stamps:  All the Christmas You'll Ever Need (Lil' Inker Designs)
Ink:  White Pigment Ink (WPlus9)
